Tonight I made a quick and easy get myself better dinner. I boiled a kettle of water and poured it over my own concoction of ingredients.
Handful of locally made pancit noodles
Chopped kale leaf
Green onions picked from my Re-grow garden. Chopped
Diced ginger, one small thumb tip size
Organic soy sauce
I let it all sit in the bowl covered for about 10 minutes, stirring once.
It was Delish and simple.
Homemade salad dressing
Last night I made a killer salad (romaine & manoa lettuce, sweet bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, avocado, kidney beans, bamboo shoots, black olives, sunflower seeds) and some dressing to go along. Dressing was made of: miso paste, juice from one lemon, tamari sauce, olive oil, cumin, & black pepper.
